Sir, before 3 month at the dated 18/07/2012 I received one of phone call from birla sunlife ltd. They ask me about personal loan in @6% interest rate. I agree with them. Then they told me- they will give me the loan,but after insured the loan amt. Then they told me the insurance of loan amt of 3.5 lack is 20,000/-. Then they collect a cheque from me at the dated 27/07/2012.cheque no is-115927 dated on 29.07.2012 & cheque no-115926 on dated 29.07.2012, Rs.10000/- each. Of SBI.
Then I receive my insurance bond after 10-15 days at my postal address by speed post. Then they collect this bond from me & they told me that ” this certificate is deposited to us for your loan security”.We must provide your loan amount on your account by r.t.g.s. within 10 days. But now all of phone numbers are switch off or not reachable.
