Complaint against Flipkart — Fake Product sent and not refunding money. Shielding fraud seller

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased a Lenovo P2 phone, Mobile cover and tempered glass for the phone via order no.OD109178384452972000
With regret, I need to raise this issue with you regarding� : Mobile tempered Glass : Gorilla Armour Impossible Glass for Lenovo P2�� sold by The SMART SELLER

1. The seller: The smart Seller� has done fraud and cheating by sending me cheap plastic black colour/tinted sheet instead of the tempered glass. The item sent is a cheap plastic sheet and has already scratches .The packaging box was also damaged.
2. I want to bring to your notice that the seller is doing wrong business and fraud by not sending the things as per specs and cheating Flipkart customers . The mods-operandi is simple …he chooses popular items like tempered glass and offer good discount but send plastic sheet instead of tempered glass.�
He assumes no body will take enough pain for Rs.200 -300 rs item and will return the item or will write you people. He has created multiple ( in double digits) of the same product for same model so that even if few people give negative remarks, he can hide that with fake positive remarks and also because of multiple listing they get deleted with deletion of item.
3. This is pure case of fraud and day light theft and cheating.

I request you to please get my money refunded and take strict action against the seller. I have been trying your customer service department but they are of little help as they give canned-response and apologise but don’t take required action. We are dealing with Flipkart and we don’t know who is the seller and it requires your regular action to take remedial action to remove rogue sellers. Infact in the review section, initially i was not able to review the seller and has to report to your customer services department after which I was able to review.

I wish to escalate this issue to you .
