I had made a train booking and the same was cancelled by me. The status shows refunded on the website under refunds but the same is not credited to my account yet. I have spoken on the customer care number and they asked me to send the bank statement in PDF format. I have already sent it on the same day but have not received any revert on it. Now the customer care numbers are also not contactable.
On the IRCTC website there is no section to lodge complaints for railway bookings and there is no contact number mentioned for calling up and complaining as well. I am finding it really very difficult to get connected.
I have been following up since long.
