On 15/04/17 order (order no.3086596397) a Paradise AC with full payment to Paytm on faith of company but Defective AC send by Paytm on 25/04/17 (serial no.704VMP0037), several times I have complained, they replied by mail on 27/04/17, 30/04, 01/05 & 02/05/17 that within 48-72 hours resolve your problem. as per his terms- defective product return within 7 days. After 7days he send mail we closed the matter now you contact with dealer. Is it justify? To stop this type of problem with general public I want a justice.
